October's Very Own offers returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain exclusive collaborations and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Ship Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days of starting the request.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding any non-refundable shipping fees.
